Contract Manager (Commercial)

Your Contribution

You will be responsible for supporting the winning and delivery of profitable business and for providing commercial support and governance to the business by ensuring post contract management execution on commercial terms that protect company’s interests and safeguard customer loyalty.

Main Responsibilities

•Supports contract execution (SLAs, credit notes, orders received according to contract provisions)
•Drives revenue assurance activities to ensure accurate invoicing of services based on the contractual and commercial agreements
•Supports new business opportunities and bids and proposals activities with the Sales teams 
•Guides and assists customer and internal teams on interpretation of commercial contractual clauses and obligations as required by the business
•Acts as interface for contract disputes and issues with the customers and supports the implementation of commercial strategies
•Monitors customer forecast needs and projects profitability according to presales provisions

What Makes You Stand Out

•University degree, preferably with an M.B.A.
•4+ years of experience within a Commercial and/or Contract orientated role
•Accredited broad knowledge in telecommunication networks and infrastructure
•Good appreciation of operational and financial issues
•Ability to understand customer contracts and solve disputes 
•Relationship building and negotiation skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Fluency in spoken and written English
