Reporting to the Head of Legal EMEA, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Contract Manager to be based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will act as first point of contact in the region in relation to all contract management matters.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Advise the business in relation to key contractual matters, contract negotiations with Customers or Suppliers including assessment and management of commercial models and/or risks from new deals or in-life contracts;
  • Support business development through review and analysis of new tenders and drafting appropriate contract terms and conditions;
  • Conduct research as appropriate, analyse and report on business risks to Head of Legal in proposals, projects and operations and act as the first point of escalation for Group legal matters, litigation and corporate governance;
  • Improve and streamline internal Corporate Services business systems as instructed;
  • Managing and developing in-life contracts and advising the business relative to contractual rights and obligations affecting Vix;
  • Ensure the Vix Sweden business (and Vix Corporate, as required) is compliant with applicable legislation and standards and with Vix strategic objectives;
  • Assist in the roll out of ISO certifications and review and monitor business policies, ensuring appropriate corporate governance practices are deployed across all operational areas;
  • Develop and maintain the Customer/Supplier database;

  • Degree in Law, Business or equivalent;
  • Must have 5-10 years sound experience in Contracts Management and in particular tendering to the Public Sector in Sweden;
  • Demonstrable experience in all elements of managing and negotiation of contracts;
  • Technology/payment industry experience desirable;
  • High level of business acumen, relationship management and strong attention to detail;
  • Native Swedish with English as a second language;
  • Multi-national experience;
  • Good communication skills
