Job description

Aureol Global Connections is looking for a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all contract-related activities across various projects, ensuring that contracts are properly negotiated, executed, and managed to mitigate risks and maximize company benefits. You will collaborate closely with legal, procurement, project management, and finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage contract administration, ensuring all contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and mitigating risks related to contract execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve contract disputes or issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract records and documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on contract matters to internal teams and senior management.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure contract compliance.
  • Support procurement activities and contribute to the development of contract management processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager, preferably within construction, engineering, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation tactics, and contract administration procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCM) is an advantage.
