Executes Chevron P/SCM's contracting process. Selects the appropriate contracting strategy, develop scopes of work, compensation structure, and contracting vehicle (e.g. Contract, Purchase Order, P-card) to effectively manage business risk.  Identifies and qualifies potential material and service providers, and oversees bidding, bid evaluation and contract award.  Works closely with Legal and Subject Matter Experts to ensure contract compliance through the contract life-cycle (contract planning, execution, post award management, and claims mitigation).       

Supports medium sized clients/customers and makes significant contributions to more complex projects under periodic supervision.  General knowledge of the work function and Chevron’s practices.

Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
