Kraft Heinz is looking for Continuous Improvement Manager. This role will act as a coach for the KHMS as well as leading the Site Steering Committee helping to implement KHMS, provide a full range of productivity services to Operations and direct cost reduction programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Continuous Improvement team, ensuring high performance, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Drive the deployment and sustainability of the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) across the site to improve operational performance and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving initiatives to eliminate losses, improve process capability, and optimize manufacturing performance.
  • Facilitate productivity and cost optimization programs focusing on yield improvement, labor productivity, asset utilization, overhead optimization, material waste reduction, and working capital improvement.                                             
  • Develop, implement, and sustain operational standards, centerlines, control strategies, and visual management systems to improve process stability.
  • Coach frontline leaders and cross-functional teams on KHMS tools and methodologies, including CIL, CLM, 5S, FPQ, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, and Daily Management Systems.
  • Lead chronic loss elimination through structured root cause analysis and data-driven improvement methodologies.
  • Coaches and develop teams by building problem solving skills within the process.  
  • Design and deliver Continuous Improvement capability-building programs to strengthen problem-solving and operational excellence across all organizational levels.
  • Monitor improvement project pipelines, validate savings, track KPIs, and ensure sustainable implementation of improvement initiatives.
     

Experience & Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, KHMS/WCM, or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience delivering measurable productivity improvements, waste reduction, cost savings, and process optimization projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Daily Management Systems.
  • Experience facilitating line loss analysis, OEE improvement, yield optimization, and manufacturing process capability enhancement.
  • Ability to analyze manufacturing data, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into sustainable operational improvements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and capability-building skills with the ability to develop frontline leaders and operators.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and change management skills.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Mentoring & coaching skills
  •  Facilitates the line loss analysis (waste elimination and yield improvement) and line throughput    improvement plans.
  •  Leads transformation analysis and centerline definition and associated standard development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and power BI
