By precisely matching skills and business needs, we connect specialists with projects where their knowledge has a real impact. By joining us, you become part of an environment where matching is not a coincidence, but a decision.

Today we are looking for a Content Project Coordinator to support the creation and implementation of reactive consumer narratives for global brand initiatives. These narratives serve as comprehensive communication support for frontliners and explain the what, why, where, how, and when behind campaigns, product launches, programs, services, and commercial activities. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical, legal, and marketing information into clear, consumer‑friendly language while managing multiple projects and stakeholders across remote locations.

YOU WILL

    • Create, edit, proofread, and manage consumer-facing content supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
    • Translate technical, legal, operational, and business information into clear and engaging customer communications.
    • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and communication standards across content.
    • Coordinate content development with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Product, and other business functions.
    • Develop and maintain FAQs, knowledge base articles, and communication materials.
    • Manage content updates, reviews, and approvals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality.
    • Drive stakeholder engagement and collaborate with global teams to deliver content on time.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high editorial standards.

Requirements

    • Experience in content development, communications, content marketing, knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
    • Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to non-technical audiences.
    • Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and organizational skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience working within large, international organizations.
    • Experience supporting marketing, commercial, customer experience, or consumer engagement projects.
    • Background in communications, content strategy, marketing operations, or knowledge management.
    • Experience working with content management systems or knowledge bases.
    • Exposure to change management and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Customer-focused approach.
    • High level of ownership and accountability.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
