Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Content Production Manager at H&M, you plan and adapt marketing and in‑store communication content and collaborate with media and production partners to deliver high‑quality assets. You ensure effective store communication by coordinating materials, digital content needs, and feedback from store teams.

You will:

  • Plan and oversee the adaptation and delivery of global campaigns across paid media and in-store communication channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate the production and adaptation of assets for local marketing activations across multiple channels.
  • Anticipate asset requirements by maintaining a strong understanding of local marketing priorities, global channel playbooks, media formats, and store communication strategies.
  • Partner with Media Leads, agencies, production partners, and vendors to brief, manage, and approve campaign assets and materials.
  • Serve as the primary contact for media agencies on campaign assets, formats, and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate the production of in-store communication materials in partnership with Store Visual teams.
  • Brief Store Visual teams on POS plans and campaign quantities, manage digital screen content requirements, and gather in-store feedback to inform future communications and asset allocation.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a detail‑oriented marketing and content professional with strong collaboration skills and experience in media formats and production. You bring a background in marketing or related fields, supported by several years of hands‑on experience. 

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content production, or media roles (agency or client side) 
  • Strong understanding of paid media formats (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of retail store comms. formats and production 
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage 
  • Degree in Marketing, Media, or Production Management (or equivalent experience)
