Responsibilities:

1、负责站外头部创作者引入管理和站内生产者&机构运营；

2、掌握并了解YouTube和Instagram等平台创作者画像，基于生产者痛点和利益诉求快速有效建立沟通；

3、建立站内用户成长体系，制定激励机制，提升用户活跃度；对接管理创作者机构，解决机构侧内容作者问题；

4、策划用户线下运营活动，打通海外创作者与活动联动模式，扩大优质内容增长。

Requirements:

1、有本地创作者行业资源或从业经验者优先

2、具备一定的用户运营技巧，擅长沟通，对于内容、数据敏感；

3、有较好的逻辑分析能力，跨部门合作和团队协作能力强，执行力强；

4、中文、英语流利，可作为工作语言。
