In this role, you will be the analytical engine of the content team. You will evaluate incoming content opportunities, analyze audience and performance metrics, conduct market intelligence, and create data-backed reports that empower our team to make high-value licensing and partnership decisions across streaming, FAST channels, creator networks, and sports platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Evaluation & Data Analysis

  • Evaluate potential content acquisitions using qualitative and quantitative metrics (audience reach, engagement, brand value, retention, demographic alignment).
  • Build evaluation frameworks and scoring models to rank content assets (TV, YouTube channels, sports media, kids' content) by potential ROI and strategic fit.
  • Monitor performance post-launch, analyzing viewership data and engagement metrics to optimize existing deals.

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Track trends in the Brazilian media ecosystem, including OTT platforms, FAST channels, creator networks, and football media ecosystems.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and content mapping across digital platforms (e.g., CazéTV, Canal GOAT, YouTube MCNs, major broadcast networks).
  • Identify emerging content creators, media digital brands, and catalog opportunities for acquisition pipeline expansion.

Partnership & Decision-Making Support

  • Prepare comprehensive briefs, data presentations, and commercial insights to support the Content Manager during negotiations.
  • Assist in structuring revenue-share projections, financial models, and licensing term sheets.
  • Maintain and update the internal content acquisition pipeline CRM, ensuring all deal stages and analytical assets are accurately tracked.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Analytical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or analytics tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics) is a strong plus.
  • Languages: Fluent Portuguese and Proficient/Advanced English (written and verbal, for international cross-team collaboration).
