Consumer Understanding Intern (Pasantía)

Descripción del proyecto: Participar en el diseño, aplicación y análisis de encuestas, de acuerdo con los requerimientos de las distintas unidades de negocio. Brindar apoyo en el seguimiento del entorno competitivo, incluyendo el análisis de ofertas, tácticas comerciales y portafolio de smartphones para los segmentos de Prepago, Pospago y Residencial. Colaborar en la creación de dashboards y benchmarks en Power BI para el seguimiento de métricas clave como Market Share y Value Share.

Responsabilidades Claves:

• Creación de cuestionarios para estudios cuantitativos.

• Creación de guía y selección para estudios cualitativos

• Seguimiento de encuestas recurrentes.

• Creación de reportería de competencia utilizando herramientas como Power BI y Excel.

• Actualización de Benchmark de los 4 competidores.

• Seguimiento de cambios en las ofertas y catálogo de smartphones de la competencia.

Requisitos:

•   🔷 Conocimiento de Power BI.

• 📊 Conocimiento de Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• 🌐 Nivel intermedio de inglés.
