Consumer Reporting Analyst

Job Site:  Phoenix, AZ

Project Length:  12 Months

Salary:  $30 an hour w/ benefits – OR - $34 an hour/ no benefits

·         Dispute investigation/Analytical Skills-1 year

·         Know how to read credit bureau’s-1 year

·         Quick/Accurate typing speed

·         ALS

·         FDR

·         e-Oscar

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Your primary responsibilities will be working credit card and consumer loan indirect credit bureau disputes received from our USAA members from the three major credit bureau agencies through e-Oscar.

·         You will be verifying and validating that the information listed on the consumer’s credit bureau is accurate and matches what our internal system of records show. Must be able to multi-task between multiple systems and be flexible to change.
