Accountabilities:

As a Senior SAP MM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving SAP Materials Management solutions while ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology capabilities. You will act as a technical reference, supporting projects, users, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead SAP MM implementation and migration projects, ensuring operational continuity and successful delivery.
• Analyze business requirements, map processes, and design solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• Configure and customize the SAP MM module, including purchasing, inventory management, and material processes.
• Support integrations between SAP MM and other modules such as FI, SD, PP, and WM.
• Develop functional and technical documentation, including specifications for enhancements and custom developments.
• Conduct workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training activities for key users and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support for incidents, improvements, and complex business requirements.
• Contribute to governance practices, process standardization, and SAP best practices.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives and modernization efforts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with SAP MM, strong functional knowledge, and proven ability to work on complex implementation and transformation projects. You should be comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders and communicating effectively in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP MM projects, including implementations, migrations, and international rollouts.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, materials management, and integrated logistics operations.
• Experience integrating SAP MM with modules such as FI, SD, PP, and WM.
• Experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder management activities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency for communication in multinational environments.
• SAP certification is considered a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
