This role offers the opportunity to support the transformation and optimization of logistics operations through SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions.
You will work closely with business teams, IT professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders to design efficient warehouse processes.
The position involves leading implementation projects, system improvements, configuration activities, and user enablement initiatives.
You will contribute to creating scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance.
With exposure to complex logistics environments, the role combines functional expertise, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.

Accountabilities:

The SAP EWM Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting warehouse management solutions while ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP capabilities. The role requires strong functional expertise, project involvement, and collaboration across multiple teams.

• Analyze business requirements and design warehouse and logistics processes within SAP EWM.
• Configure, customize, and test SAP EWM functionalities, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, RF processes, and related operations.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders from logistics, operations, and IT teams to identify needs and define solutions.
• Support SAP EWM implementation projects, rollouts, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare functional documentation and contribute to technical documentation when required.
• Train key users and provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across SAP modules such as SD, MM, TM, PP, and Basis.
• Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM-related challenges.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP EWM professional with strong knowledge of warehouse management processes, SAP configuration, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business users.

• Proven experience working as an SAP EWM Consultant in implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse management processes, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and support, including RF, wave management, slotting, and task & resource management.
• Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience working in SAP projects involving process improvements and operational optimization.
• Ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid project environments.
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP TM, SD, MM, or legacy systems is a plus.
• Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA projects or WM-to-EWM migration initiatives is highly desirable.
• SAP certifications related to EWM or Supply Chain are considered an advantage.
• Experience working in consulting environments or multicultural projects is a plus.
