Consulting Manager

We are looking for a Proactive Thinker who treats curiosity as a discipline and has a genuine interest in brands, people, and markets. The primary mission of this role is to act as an investigator — connecting the dots between consumer behavior, market data, business growth, and client relationship building.

You will leverage Dentsu’s proprietary databases alongside external tools (AI/Martech) to collect and analyze data. However, you won’t just be an information collector; you will apply structured reasoning to generate meaningful insights—providing a solid, fact-based foundation for our clients while bringing your own clarity of the picture and creative approach to every challenge.

1.Making Sense of Information: You are comfortable working with facts, data, and numbers. You can organize complex and unstructured information into clear, logical, and actionable outputs.

2.Spotting Trends: You stay curious about emerging platforms, social behaviors, and shifts in consumer habits. You identify meaningful signals — not just noise — and surface insights that make strategies more compelling.

3.Telling the Story: You translate complexity into clarity with a clear understanding of the client’s needs. You turn research and analysis into well-structured slides and reports that are easy for clients to understand, discuss, and act upon.

Requirements (Who You Are)

Experience: 5+ years in brand, communications, or digital fields.
