We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• Partner with Business, Product, Engineering and Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives and business transformation programs.
• Lead or support end-to-end delivery of projects, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, release and post-production support.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning and delivery, and promote Agile best practices to improve team effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while managing dependencies, risks and issues.
• Drive continuous process improvement through automation, operational optimization and data-driven decision making.
• Monitor program progress, delivery metrics and operational performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support release management activities, ensuring compliance with governance, security and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across global teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and help embed best practices that enhance customer experience and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in project delivery, consulting, business transformation, product operations, or technology implementation within a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery environments with strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across Business and Technology teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to simplify complex business challenges.
• Experience managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Practical experience using Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting using tools such as SQL, Excel, Python or similar technologies.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English with experience working in multicultural and global teams.
