Consultant- Management Consulting Services

As a Consultant in management consulting projects, you will participate in diverse and challenging engagements across various industries and organizational environments, focusing on areas such as business process simplification, design and implementation of digital services, organizational and operational restructuring and transformation, information systems improvement, capability building, change management, and Program Management Office (PMO) activities.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects with an appropriate level of autonomy depending on experience and skillset
• Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables
• Collaborate with client representatives to gather and analyze information
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and apply best practices
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize findings and develop recommendations
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and quality in all project tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields
• Master’s degree considered an asset
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in the delivery of management consulting projects
• Experience across different sectors and types of organizations is considered a plus
• Familiarity with business processes redesign and business process modeling software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Completed military obligations (if applicable)
