This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

• Configure the HR and Benefits modules
• Convert and load HR data into UKG Ready formats
  • Employee demographic imports
  • Paygrades
  • Assets
  • Jobs/Positions
  • Contacts
  • EE enrollments
  • Contacts (dependents/beneficiaries)
  • Custom forms
  • Benefits plans setups
  • Benefits profiles set ups   
  • Workflows

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands -on consulting experience with the UKG Ready HR/Benefits
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation)
• Familiarity with data conversion software including EasyMorph, Able2Extract, Middleware
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• UKG Ready certification
• Prior implementation or consulting experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
