Consultant Gastroenterologist (American Board / UK CCT / Western Qualification)

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Gastroenterologist with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide expert care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of gastrointestinal and liver disorders. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and biliary disorders.
• Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and other specialized interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive patient consultations and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and dietitians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and continuous medical education while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

• American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Gastroenterology.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Gastroenterologist.
• Extensive experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy and the management of complex gastrointestinal disorders.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
