Job description
We are looking for an ambitious, analytically driven, and highly organized Consultant to support the CDO leadership team. This role combines business management responsibilities with strategic consulting, analytics, and execution support. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, supporting strategic initiatives, portfolio management, transformation programs, and data-driven decision making.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong analytical foundation, experience supporting business transformation initiatives, and a passion for data, technology, and organizational change.
What You Will Do
- Support the CDO leadership team in strategic planning and business management activities.
- Prepare executive presentations, management reporting, and leadership materials to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and portfolio tracking tools that provide visibility into strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate governance processes, action tracking, and follow-up activities across leadership forums.
- Support portfolio, resource, and financial planning activities through data analysis and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, assess initiatives, and drive execution.
- Support change, innovation, data, and transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
- Organize workshops, portfolio reviews, stakeholder meetings, and community events.
- Create and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and strategic updates.

Experience & Skills

- Experience preparing executive presentations, management materials, and data-driven reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with data, dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Understanding of portfolio management, financial analysis, or resource planning.
- Excellent English communication skills.
