Consultant, Back-End Development

Summary

We are looking for a Consultant, Solution Development with wealth management domain experience to lead solution design and delivery on banking and financial services engagements. You will guide development teams, own technical quality, and work closely with client stakeholders on mission-critical wealth platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of .NET-based solutions — architecture, design, code quality, and deployment 

• Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct design and code reviews 

• Translate business requirements from wealth/banking stakeholders into robust technical designs 

• Collaborate with client architects, BAs, and delivery managers on solution decisions 

• Support estimation, sprint planning, and technical risk management 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years as a technical lead 

• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server 

• Must have experiences within the Domain of wealth management, private banking, or investment platforms,  e.g., portfolio management, client onboarding, order management, or advisory workflows 

• Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, messaging, batch) in banking environments 

Good to Have 

• Exposure to core banking or wealth platforms (e.g., Avaloq, Temenos, or in-house wealth systems) 

• Experience with Southeast Asian banking clients
