Work with the CMO and CDO to develop a scoring system reflecting a practice size, number of specialties and number of locations, and other metrics TBD to give each policyholder a complexity score
 Link the complexity score to an assessment of how many decision-makers are at the organization as well how sophisticated they are when it comes to risk management attitude
