bout the Role:

• Oversee day-to-day onsite activities to ensure safe and compliant site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and support delivery in line with the master program and project budget
• Support and monitor site preparation activities
• Maintain strong safety standards across all site works
• Step in hands-on where required which would suit someone who’s comfortable both leading and getting involved

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role or 4 years’ construction industry
• Holding a relevant qualification such as a bachelor’s degree, Diploma of Building & Construction, or trade qualification is desirable
• Strong organisational skills with a cost-conscious mindset, able to manage resources effectively and make sound commercial decisions
• Practical, safety-focused, and confident coordinating and leading contractors onsite
• Comfortable taking a hands-on approach when needed. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the tools as much as overseeing the work
• Thrives in a site-based environment with changing priorities and varied tasks
