Job description

D2B Groups is seeking a Project Manager experienced in heavy highway, sitework, and earthmoving projects. In this role you will perform a mix of private residential and commercial development, with public roadwork expected to increase under a new county infrastructure program. The Project Manager will oversee contracts, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with field and estimating teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in heavy civil or sitework construction
  • Proficiency with HCSS HeavyJob, Microsoft Project, and Excel
  • Experience using AGTEK and Trimble Business Center preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
