At Speedwell Construction, Production Level Four isn't an entry-level position—it's the highest level of our field production career path.

We're looking for experienced commercial construction professionals who have mastered their craft, lead by example, and enjoy developing others. If you're the person teammates rely on to solve problems, maintain quality, improve production, and raise the standard on every jobsite, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced commercial construction work with exceptional craftsmanship.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of field professionals.
• Plan work activities and improve production efficiency.
• Identify jobsite challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain the highest standards for quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with project leadership to keep projects moving forward.
• Promote Speedwell's Core Values through every interaction with employees, customers, and trade partners.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive commercial construction experience (typically 15+ years).
• Expert knowledge in one or more commercial construction disciplines.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
• OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
