Construction Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer – SDI responsible for on-site supervision, schedule control, budget monitoring, and compliance oversight during the execution of energy or industrial construction projects. The role requires strong technical judgment, coordination with contractors, and strict adherence to regulatory and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Supervise construction activities on site in accordance with approved design documentation.
• Monitor project schedule and verify progress against milestones.
• Control construction costs and support budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, technical standards, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Review and validate construction documentation and site reports.
• Identify risks, non-conformities, and propose corrective measures.
• Support handover, inspections, and final acceptance procedures.

Requirements

• Authorized Engineer (ČKAIT) – Building Construction (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven supervision or management experience on at least 3 energy or industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and site coordination practices.
• Ability to manage documentation and reporting accurately.
• English language proficiency for professional communication.
