Construction Drafter for Workshop

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workshop Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of detailed drawings for furniture, ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels) installation, and other structural or decorative components in CAD software. By creating precise and technically accurate drafts, you will directly support manufacturing precision, optimize the workshop's operational workflow, and foster strong collaboration across teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Detailed Technical Drafting: Develop detailed drawings of furniture, comprehensive cutting lists for ACP, and other workshop drawings including signage and detail panels using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup)
• Operational Accuracy: Deliver precise blueprints and technical documentation to minimize fabrication errors and increase day-to-day operational accuracy in production.
• Workflow Optimization: Actively contribute to improving the overall workshop operational workflow and production efficiency.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Enhance daily communication and collaboration between the design department and the workshop production team.

Requirements

• Complete tertiary or technical qualifications. SMK and/or D3 and/or Bachelor in Architectural/Civil/Engineering are welcomed.
• Having minimum 2 years work experiences (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
• Advanced in using Sketchup, AutoCAD or others CAD software
• Proven experience in producing highly accurate, detailed technical drawings for furniture, signage, and detailed ACP panels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create precise cutting lists for ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels) and understand workshop/fabrication workflows.
• Based in or able to work in our Workshop in Karawaci, Tangerang & once a week to our Head Office in Jakarta.
