Construction Back Office Engineer (Junior Level)

3NK Engineers & Architects is seeking for a Junior Quantity / Cost Engineer to join it’s back office construction team. If you are energized by teamwork, a hands-on environment, and interaction with clients, vendors, designers, this Engineer opportunity is for you.

What You Will Do

• Manage and supervise the procurement or purchase of technical goods and services on construction works of (including but not limited to) apartments, offices and retail buildings based on client's needs.
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors.
• Project budgeting.
• Account / bill of quantities drafting.
• Ensure purchase goods and services are delivered as promised.
• Interact with Vendors and Designers and on Site Construction Teams.

Requirements

• Civil or Architect Engineer (Bachelor degree).
• Previous experience on Construction Projects (residential and commercial buildings) will be appreciated.
• General knowledge of building construction codes and practices, finishes, material properties and specifications.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word & Excel (excellent use) is required.
• Fluent in Greek & English.
