• Acquisition de mandats de vente
• Commercialisation de biens immobiliers mandatés
• Evaluation de biens immobiliers
• Représentation de Swiss Life Immopulse dans le secteur immobilier
• Transmission d’affaires de prévoyance et d’hypothèques (vente croisée) 

Vos atouts

• Peut justifier de plusieurs années d'expérience (deux ans minimum) en tant que courtier/courtière en immobilier
• Très bonnes connaissances du français, autres langues nationales un atout
• Excellentes capacités de communication, très bonnes compétences de vente et orientation systématique vers la clientèle
• Compétence sociale élevée, empathie et capacité à travailler en équipe
• Esprit d'entreprise et mode de travail autonome, axé sur les objectifs et la performance
• Résistance au stress, contact facile et aisance naturelle
