Concierge £9 per hour paid weekly

Key expectations of this role are:

• Building a nurturing relationship with our guests, partners, and colleagues to being able to create lasting memories for our guests.
• Efficiently running the concierge desk to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
• Providing our guests with in depth knowledge about the property and London.
• Intuitively creating complex itineraries to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Supervising the team of Luggage Porters and Door Persons.

Profile

• Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• Being very organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
• Having a thorough understanding of the hotel, the surrounding area and London transportation system.
• In depth knowledge of London’s current dining, entertainment, shopping and art scene.
