He/She should possess the following qualifications abilities and attitudes:

B.Sc/HND in computer science management information systems or information sciences. Other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

At least 2-3 years work experience.

Plan and coordinate activities such as installing and upgrading hardware, and software, programming and systems design, the implementation of computer networks, and the development of internet and intranet sites.

Upkeep maintains and secures networks.

Analyze computer and information needs of the organization form an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements.
