Prepares IV solutions using aseptic technique

Package orders for patients’ home delivery using tubing, flushes, and other nursing supplies

Cleans and maintains IV room utilizing 797 standards

Performs monthly air, and surface samples as per 797 Compliance

Prepares chemotherapeutic agents for patient administration, inputs data, and updates patient profiles utilizing CPR+ software

Cpht with 6 mo to 1+ years of experience working in hospital or specialty pharm setting with STRONG Compounding exp! (add to resume)

9:30 – 6p Monday - Friday
