Job Responsibilities:

• Daily revenue reports by inspecting all documents for proper records, balance and verify figures against individual department report and supporting
• Complimentary Room settlement, Complimentary F&B Slip settlement, RFB settlement.  After verifying the supporting, for non-slip item, manual posting back to IGT System
• Ensure the audit of daily expenses are completed and related journals are posted to accounting computerized system on an ongoing basis
• Prepare monthly complimentary report for management team, departments review
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure company policies are met
• Assist in preparation of any ad-hoc reports and information upon request by departments

Job Requirements:

• Previous working experience in an integrated resorts/ hotel is preferable
• Bachelor Degree or above from accredited universities, fields in Finance and Accounting preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Fully conversant with Microsoft application. Experience of using Opera and IGT system will be an advantage
• Must be able to work on flexible hours including weekends and holidays as necessary
