Compliance Manager

Position Summary:
Reviews all compliance procedures required by the applicable regulators. Responsibilities include knowledge of all compliance procedures required by the Graton Resort & Casino's System of Internal Controls that are not performed as part of a daily audit.

 

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Review all compliance procedures required by the regulators, and Graton Resort & Casino's System of Internal Controls that are not performed as part of a daily audit.
4. Manage the Compliance department and run reports.
5. Ensure that Title 31 reports are completed and filed within the required time periods.
6. Prepare all exceptions for any errors found as a result of the audits.
7. Prepare weekly report to the Director of Compliance when requested.
8. Assist property management with training in problem areas.
9. Responsible for communication with the Compliance Supervisor and Director of Compliance to assist in the Directors correspondence with Graton Gaming Commission.
