Your role in a nutshell: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CMS Manager to join our Group Compliance team. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining our Compliance Management System (CMS) to ensure that our organisation's compliance initiatives are effectively managed, tracked, and communicated across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, project management, and possess exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
•    Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Compliance Management System.
•    Ensure the CMS provides real-time insights and analytics on compliance metrics and performance.

What will you do in your role: 

•    Developing and maintaining an effective CMS to enable a substantive view of compliance risks in Vodafone Group.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
•    Drive global best practices in compliance management.

What you will bring to the team:

•    Relevant degree in compliance management, project management, or a related discipline.
•    Compliance qualification/certification or related experience.
•    5 years minimum experience in compliance management.
