Compliance Coordinator

TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA. 

About the role

TMS Global are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to work within the Shared Services Centre, you will be responsible for supporting internal Customer Service teams and stakeholders by managing operational tasks across the full lifecycle. This role is offered on a 12 month contact and will support European working hours.

You will have responsibility for maintaining the integrity of our internal systems, providing accurate and meaningful data to our clients, suppliers and colleagues.  

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for weekly and monthly compliance reporting.
  • Handling the complete invoicing cycle including creation, validation and submission of Purchase Orders.
  • Co-Ordinating with key stakeholder groups to update internal systems and applications as required to maintain clean data.
  • Ensures systems data is kept up to date, providing support in the compilation and correction of errors in data for internal and external Management Information.
  • Contribute towards managing all compliance related processes and responsibilities.

About you

To be successful in the role, the following skills are essential:

  • Fluency in English both spoken and written, together with language skills based on the local region.
  • A strong understanding of spreadsheets and databases used for administrative and reporting purposes.
  • Order processing and billing experience, managing end to end processes.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of the print and display industry.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Platforms, including Excel and Power BI.
