Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MoI badges, sponsorships, and employee compliance paperwork.
  • Handle Freedom of Movement documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate compliance databases and trackers.
  • Draft official correspondence to government and non-government entities.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure compliance is up to date.
  • Support day-to-day compliance administration and special matters.
  • Follow up and liaise with the Ministry of Oil and Midland Oil Company regarding relevant matters
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all compliance matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Knowledge of Iraqi law, MoI procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and advanced English; strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to handle pressure.
