WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist supports the administration and consistent application of compensation and benefits frameworks across the dedicated cluster of countries, in alignment with global standards.
By providing rigorous analytical support and operational coordination, the position helps ensure that salary reviews, bonus schemes, job evaluations and budgeting processes are executed accurately, on time and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Maintain and update compensation and benefits data (HRIS, files, trackers), prepare standard reports and dashboards for the cluster, and perform basic quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide operational support for annual salary reviews and bonus processes (data preparation, templates, consolidation, follow‑up of approvals), ensuring timelines and guidelines are respected.
- Assist in job evaluation activities (collect job information, prepare documentation, input into grading tools) and help ensure consistent application of global frameworks in the cluster.
- Support the day‑to‑day administration of benefits programs (enrolments, changes, leavers), liaise with providers and answer basic employee/HR queries according to defined procedures.
- Collect and format market data from surveys and internal sources, support basic benchmark analyses and preparation of comparison tables for review manager.
- Contribute to people cost and bonus budgeting by preparing input files, checking figures, and supporting variance tracking under the guidance of senior team members or manager.
- Help keep C&B procedures, templates and FAQs up to date; propose and implement small improvements to tools or processes that enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Provide responsive operational support to local HR and managers on standard C&B questions, escalating complex topics to senior C&B specialists or the manager as needed.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Master HR Professional would be an asset.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR, finance, payroll or data analysis roles, including exposure to Excel‑based reporting and/or compensation/benefits operations.
- Experience in a multinational environment & prior involvement in salary review or bonus cycles would be an asset.
- Solid Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data checks), strong numerical and analytical ability, attention to detail, basic understanding of compensation and benefits concepts.
- Familiarity with HRIS and C&B tools, market survey providers, and basic job evaluation / grading methodologies would be an asset.
- Clear and structured communication, ability to work with confidential information, service‑oriented mindset, ability to follow defined processes and meet deadlines. Solid written and verbal English.
- Ability to explain data/findings to non‑specialists, collaborative working style in cross‑country/virtual teams would be an asset.
