Job Responsibilities
- ¥Develop and administer compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan; ¥Lead the strategic projects to design and operationalize a reward strategy in order to support the organization's goals and objectives; ¥Analyze salary market trends and implement changes to the current compensation practice to ensure competitive edge in both the market and industry; ¥Support with the establishment of job architecture within the local organization - job classification, job analysis, job profiles, job grades; ¥Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness; ¥Oversee and conduct periodical review on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs/packages; Provide advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the company's philosophy and guideline; Develop and execute internal training sessions to ensure internal stakeholders understand the compensation philosophy and practices (optional); Manage and maintain a multitude of local market vendor relationships, whilst reviewing potential sources of market data and trends.
Job Requirement
- 2-3 years' experience in compensation and benefits area; Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels; Project management and communication skills with analytical mindset; Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis; Proactive ownership of tasks while working with multitude of tasks; Able to manage your time ; prioritize; Outgoing ; positive team player; Up for a challenge and ready to suggest new ideas; Proactive ownership of tasks while working with multitude of tasks.
