Compensation Analyst participates in the development, communication and implementation of all components of the pay and rewards program to include base pay, incentives, bonuses, and recognition programs, conduct and participate in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the marketplace, provide guidance on compensation related issues for management.
Education:
• The successful candidate will have a BA degree
Experience:
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible positions in Compensation, Human Resources.
