A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Company Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely conveyance of staff, clients, and goods to designated locations, including offices, airports, and other places as instructed. You will be responsible for maintaining company vehicles, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely Conveyance: Ensure the safe and timely transportation of staff, clients, and materials to and from various locations (offices, airports, etc.) as per instructions.
• Route Planning: Use available technology to plot routes and ensure timely deliveries or transfers.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and ensure regular checks are done on company vehicles. Carry out both general and preventive maintenance to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
• Travel Log: Keep accurate records of trips, including passengers, areas traveled, travel time, and work hours.
• Paperwork: Complete all paperwork related to duties, including trip tickets and expense reports, ensuring accuracy.
• Accident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, injuries, or damages involving company vehicles to your supervisor or manager.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, such as dropping off and picking up supplies, documents, or running errands as required.
• Professionalism: Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
• Customer Service: Answer clients’ inquiries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
