Community manager - Lithuania

Hedepy is an online platform on a mission to make mental health care easier to reach through technology. In 2025, over 300,000 therapy sessions happened through our platform, across 9 European markets.

Lithuania has been part of Hedepy for three years, with an established community of licensed therapists behind it. We’re looking for someone to take it over and keep it growing, owning the full therapist lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention.

You’ll be part of our international Community team, spanning 9 markets, and report to Mada, who leads it. It’s a hands-on, remote-first role. Because you’ll be the face of Hedepy to Lithuanian therapists, it matters that you can talk about mental health with genuine empathy and credibility.

What you’ll own:

• Therapist recruitment & onboarding (~40%) – sourcing and screening licensed psychotherapists, running interviews, and getting new therapists through our onboarding bootcamp so they start strong.
• Community building & retention (~35%) – keeping the community alive: newsletters, WhatsApp/FB groups, supervision and intervision sessions, occasional events, and watching therapist satisfaction (NPS).
• Performance, admin & data (~25%) – running the CRM (Airtable), tracking trial periods and key metrics, spotting trends, and turning them into simple reports and better decisions.

Requirements

• Native/fluent Lithuanian, and English at B2+ (we’re English-first, with colleagues across Europe).
• Some hands-on experience in recruitment, HR, community management, or a client-facing role, whether that was an internship, part-time or full-time.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and a CRM/ATS like Airtable, and able to take ownership and run with things without close supervision.
• Active daily use of AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT or similar) as part of how you work.

Nice to have:

• Background in healthcare, wellness, or something psychology-adjacent
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or across multiple markets
• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Airtable, or Metabase
