PeopleCert is looking for an experienced and proactive Community Manager to join our team and lead the engagement and growth of our global community. This role plays a key part in strengthening relationships with our ambassador network, increasing community participation, and creating meaningful connections across our ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is passionate about community building, communication, and brand engagement, with the ability to develop initiatives that inspire collaboration and advocacy. Working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, the Community Manager will help ensure that all community activities align with our brand values and strategic objectives.
As a Community Manager, your tasks will include the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors and community members, serving as their primary point of contact for communications, support, and ongoing engagement.
- Grow and expand the ambassador community by identifying and engaging high-potential individuals and organizations across international markets.
- Foster long-term relationships that strengthen brand loyalty, advocacy, programme adoption, and business growth.
- Promote the company's products, services, and initiatives through a consultative, value-based approach, encouraging ambassadors to champion the brand, generate referrals, and expand its visibility within their professional networks.
- Represent the company at global events, conferences, and networking opportunities, building relationships with prospective ambassadors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives that increase participation, retention, advocacy, and the overall value of the community.
- Communicate marketing campaigns, product updates, and key company initiatives to ambassadors, ensuring alignment and active participation.
- Collaborate with ambassadors to create authentic, brand-aligned content and community storytelling initiatives, working closely with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of community-led events, ambassador activations, and global engagement activities.
- Manage and continuously optimize the community platform and related tools, ensuring a positive and engaging user experience.
- Track engagement metrics, community feedback, and programme performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure their work and presence are aligned with company’s core values — quality, innovation, passion, integrity, clarity, and velocity.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in Community Management, Marketing, Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Brand Management, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
- Proven experience building and managing long-term client, partner, or community relationships with measurable business impact.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, consultative selling, business development, or customer success is highly desirable.
- Experience in community engagement, ambassador programmes, partner communities, or customer advocacy initiatives is considered an advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities, increase programme adoption, and create business value.
- Excellent networking, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and representing the company externally.
- Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
- Advanced computer literacy is required; ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally for community events, ambassador activations, and company initiatives.
- A proactive, highly engaging, and relationship-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
