Community Economic Empowerment Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Execution & Operations: Directly execute CEE programs in the field and coordinate with operational teams and local stakeholders.

• PMO Administration & Budgeting: Manage project administration, prepare and report budgets, and align project timelines.

• Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain program, village, and departmental databases.

• Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct regular on-site monitoring and evaluation of program implementation.

• Reporting: Prepare routine progress reports and assist in drafting specialized reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Social Economics or other relevant fields of study

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

• Certified or proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

• Experience in the plantation or agriculture industry is preferred

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

• Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Jakarta
