Responsibilities

➔ Manage the front desk and welcoming guests

➔ Receive and route incoming calls

➔ Receive and distribute mail

➔ Assist with a variety of company projects

➔ Office supply / kitchen inventory tracking and replenishment

➔ Assist our community of entrepreneurs with a variety of office related tasks

➔ Meeting coordination

➔ Other duties as assigned

➔ You currently reside in Boston

➔ Your schedule must be very flexible

➔ Have the ability to work early mornings (8-12pm) or late night events (5-9pm)

➔ You’re upbeat & resourceful; solving problems before they arise

➔ Highly proficient in Google Apps & Microsoft Office Suite

➔ Previous experience managing projects a plus

➔ Previous office work or customer service experience preferred

➔ BA/BS or equivalent experience

➔ Must be authorized to work in the United States
