    Content Development
    •    Support ongoing content creation for key executives and leaders (e.g., blogs, social posts, podcasts, thought leadership)
    •    Ensure messaging aligns with WatchGuard’s brand voice and strategic priorities
    •    Identify creative ways to leverage content in executive communications

    Operational Excellence & AI-First Approach
    •    Bring structure to communications workflows, calendars, and processes
    •    Leverage AI tools to increase speed, quality, and scale of content and communications
    •    Continuously identify ways to improve efficiency and impact across comms efforts

What You Bring

    •    5+ years of experience in communications, PR, corporate comms, or related field
    •    Strong writing and editing skills across formats (executive voice, social, internal, PR)
    •    Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., for content creation, workflow automation, or research)
    •    Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
    •    Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
    •    Strong organizational and project management skills
    •    Experience with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
    •    Familiarity with PR and analyst relations workflows
    •    Comfort working in-person with executives in a Seattle-based office environment

Bonus
