Maximus is seeking a talented Communications Coordinator to support the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) program by developing and delivering clear, accurate, and engaging communications for diverse stakeholder audiences. This position is contingent upon Maximus' successful award of the OPTN contract, with award notification anticipated in early July. The Communications Coordinator will help translate complex healthcare, policy, and operational information into accessible communications that advance OPTN's mission, foster stakeholder engagement, and support organizational objectives. The role will serve as a key contributor to both internal and external communications strategies, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with program goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and cross-functional teams to create a broad range of communication products, including newsletters, web content, social media posts, reports, presentations, executive communications, and visual information materials. Through strategic messaging, audience-focused content development, and strong brand stewardship, the Communications Coordinator will help enhance transparency, strengthen stakeholder understanding, and elevate the impact of OPTN initiatives.
