Role overview

A 6-month, full-time & part time, Iceland-based field operations role starting July 2026. Focused on operational support for principal commercial partner and enhancing the customer Tax free experience in Iceland. The role includes:

What you will do:

• In-store training and awareness build for key merchant partner

• Stationery delivery and stock maintenance across partner's high-traffic locations

• Local first-line phone support on the Icelandic number

• On-floor presence during cruise and peak tourist days

• Refund-point coverage at Keflavík and the smaller airports and ports

• An administrative and reporting function within the global Tax Free Support team
