Now Hiring: Service Technicians for Commercial Fleet Service Center

Experienced A & B techs pay range: $22-40 flat rate hour

Experienced C & D techs pay range: $17-20 flat rate hour

Pay rates vary depending on experience and certifications

No cap on hours for motivated technicians: there is never a shortage of work, flag all you want. Plenty of carry over to the next day sometimes 3. Average hours 125 hours per two weeks w/ high performers in the 200-hours range.

Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift.

Commercial Fleet Service Center Hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00 am - 6:00 pm

What You'll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience
• ASE and manufacturer certification are not required
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
