JOB PURPOSE

As Commercial Excellence Specialist you will be a part of our Nordic Customer Operations team. You will be part of a small team responsible for the Bill to Cash processes, including Business Planning, and the connecting tools (eg Salesforce Trade Promotion Management, Trade Promotion Analytics, High Radius). The roles is a hands on role, in which you will be working closely within the Customer Operations team but also close to the Sales team and our 3rd party Operations team with the ambition to provide the best experience for our customers.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As Commercial Excellence Specialist your main responsibility will be to:
Be the owner of End-to-End processes within the Bill to Cash area (e.g. Funds management, Settlements, Pricing, Promotional planning).
Partner cross-functionally to secure excellent execution of End-to-End processes within the areas of Bill to cash.
Ensure smooth operation and collaboration with 3rd party operations teams and local business teams, including KPI tracking, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Be a key user of the technology used in the processes and drive usage and best practice sharing.
Perform controls periodically as per Unilever Audit control framework
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
To make the most impact in this role, we think that you
Hold an academic degree in Supply Chain management, Business administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience of Order to Cash, Commercial operations, or related areas.
Have good Business acumen and financial understanding
Can understand and work along complex processes, but at the same time have attention to details.
Take ownership of and lead initiatives for continuous improvement
Value collaboration and have good communication skills.
Have an interest in technology and how it can support the day-to-day operations
Strong analytical skills and experience of working with big data sets to drive process improvements.
Experience in MS Office
