Commercial Building Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a full-time, reliable maintenance technician to work at our properties in

the Nashua – Bedford – Manchester area.

Responsibilities:

 Perform routine maintenance and repairs.

 Respond to tenant requests.

 Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

 Provide 24/7 on-call coverage.

 Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control.

 Perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements:
 Have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
 Have the ability to patch drywall and paint.
 Have problem solving skills.
 Have strong attention to detail.
 Have good conversation skills.
 Ability to work independently and with a team.
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Have good, reliable transportation.
